PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Reservation Fee

   A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date and time. This fee reserves the photographer’s availability and is not applied toward the session total.

2. Session Type & Final Sale Policy

   Sessions may be held in-studio or outdoors, based on the experience selected. RAW images are not provided. All services and products are final sale and non-refundable.

3. Brand Content & Privacy

   D. Jones Visuals may capture behind-the-scenes photo or video content during your session for branding and promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please inform the photographer prior to the start of your session.

4. Payment Schedule

   The remaining balance for your session is due no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

5. Creative Edits & Artistic Direction

   Creative edits are not included in standard collections and are available for an additional investment. All creative concepts must be discussed during the consultation. Final imagery will reflect the selected session environment (studio or outdoor) unless a creative edit is purchased.

6. Accepted Forms of Payment

   Deposit fees are accepted via PayPal or Square. Remaining balances may be paid via Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Square, or Zelle. Payment details will be provided upon request.

7. Weather & Rescheduling Policy

   Weather-related rescheduling decisions are made at the photographer’s discretion to ensure image quality and client experience. If the client elects to proceed and weather conditions interrupt the session, a new session must be reserved at full price.

8. Pre-Session Consultation

   A consultation will be scheduled following booking to align on creative vision and location or studio details. This consultation can be held via email or phone call.

9. Punctuality Policy

   Clients are expected to arrive on time. When sessions are delayed due to late arrival, the missed time will be deducted from the total session duration.

10. Rush Reservations

    Sessions booked within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a $50 rush reservation fee.

11. Image Delivery

    Final edited images will be delivered within 10–12 business days (Monday–Friday) via a private online gallery.

12. Client Agreement

    By reserving a session with D. Jones Visuals, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
